Our approach involved a subtle, yet significant, reinvention of existing technologies. We leveraged the proven efficacy of the nitro card to ensure consistent powder ignition and utilized the over-shot card to provide a reliable seal for the final crimp, both crafted entirely from cardboard and paper.

The cornerstone of our innovation lies in our patent-pending cardboard/paper shot cup. This ground-breaking design allows us to offer the most environmentally friendly shot shell on the market, leaving virtually no trace in weeks, not years. The inherent design features of the Green Head Wad deliver:
